Happy 4 year anniversary SHINee~♥

Ahh where do I even start? As per usual, this will more than likely turn into a ramble of incoherent love that only makes sense in my head and no one else’s, but hey, SHINee are worth making an idiot out of yourself, right?

Look at our boys, look how they have grown, I don’t care if you have followed them every step of the way since their debut on 25/05/08 or you became their fan 2 weeks ago, you can appreciate not only how much they have grown as individuals, but how much they have grown as a group, how their friendships have progressed and how their stage presence has grown along with their popularity and fanbase.

They were never average, right from the start SHINee have always ‘shone’ high above all the rest for me (and I am sure many of you as well) there is just something about them, something different, unique and inspiring. They have inspired so many people to work harder in life, me included, they have proven what hard work and perseverance can do; it can help you achieve your dreams. 

I think SHINee represents what true friendship is; they have been through so much together, so many hardships, so many extreme highs and to many extreme lows; they have helped each other, picked each other up when one felt down, been through some of the hardest emotional stages in life together that all of us have to go through, but they have had to go through them without the guidance of their parents for much of the time and on top of that, they have had to deal with all the pressure whilst being under the spot light and I believe they have only come out of the other end of that long dark tunnel due to each other, it really shows how strong their bond is, even if at sometimes it wavers slightly; all the best friendships do, it makes you value them more. 

Their talents have all grown and shone out above all the rest both individually and as five, each of them adds something different to the group and makes them one, not one of them is useless or undeserving, all five of them are special in their own way and add to the light of our favourite group and I am so glad that I and many others have stuck with them for so long as they truly deserve it, they deserve to know how special they are and how talented they are.

They are not only extremely talented in both singing and dancing, but their personalities are so beautiful and unique, their individual talents such as  Onew’s freakishly strong fingers and plate balancing techniques, Jonghyun’s beautiful song writing, Key’s mind blowing language skills, Minho’s love for sports, competitiveness and skills within sports and Taemin’s flawless pianist skills and a smile that can melt anyone’s heart, all these individual quirks is what sets them apart not only from each other, but when they are put together; the rest of the music industry; their personalities allow fans to appreciate all their personalities and feel closer to the people who grace our lives with their beautiful voices and stage presence; its refreshing and special.

There are thousands of moments I have experienced whilst being in this fandom, some of the best times of my life, I am sure will have occurred in the past few years I have known about this group and I owe it all to them, our shining boys who will shine out above all the rest forevermore.

Thank you SHINee, we love you, and good luck for the future, we will be beside you each step of the way ♥
